1. Introduction
Welcome to Rajputana Taxi. By using our taxi services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Rajputana Taxi provides taxi transportation services. We strive to offer reliable, safe, and timely transportation solutions for our customers.
3. Booking and Payment
- Booking: You can book our services through our website and by calling our customer service.
- Payment: Payment for services can be made via credit or debit card, mobile payment platforms, or cash. Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment must be made in full at the end of the journey.
- Taxi/cab booking via Rajputana Taxi: To confirm your booking, Rajputana Taxi will charge 20% of the amount.
- Hotel booking: 50% of the amount will be charged 7 days before the check-in date. if you book the hotel via Rajputana Taxi.
4. Cancellation and refund policy
- Customer Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to (24 hours) before the scheduled pickup time without charge. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
- Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns or safety concerns. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange for an alternative vehicle at the earliest.
- If the cancellation happens on the same day, the one-day amount will be deducted.
- If the cancellation happens one day before the travel date, Then the company will refund the entire amount.
- If the cancellation happens in between the tour, then the full amount will be charged.
- If the cancellation happens due to any medical condition, then 30% amount will be refunded but this subject is relying on the firm only.
5. Use of Service
- Conduct: You agree to use our services lawfully and to behave respectfully towards our drivers and other passengers. Any form of abuse, harassment, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of service and possible legal action.
- Damage: You are responsible for any damage you cause to the vehicle during your ride. Any costs incurred due to such damage will be charged to you including all the acts of disturbing car decor, messing up the car with vomit, and related things, all charges will be on you.
6. Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantee: While we strive to provide timely and reliable services, we do not guarantee that our services will always be available, on time, or free from errors in the case of natural conditions (ACT OF GOD).
- No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rajputana Taxi will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, which Rajputana Taxi is not liable for. We also declare that we are not responsible for anything happening with your luggage while traveling with us or during hotel stays.
7. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete such information from our records.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. You are advised to review these terms periodically for any updates.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of Rajasthan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
